Legends Prepare for Season Opener in Atwater

The 2012 Menlo Park Legends met for the first time at Baylands Sports Complex in Palo Alto yesterday. The Legends had nearly a full squad and practiced for 2.5 hours straight followed by a 30 minute meeting and handed out uniforms. The Legends are taking off for Atwater on Friday at noon and will be playing a three game set at Atwater Fireman’s Memorial Ballpark. Ray Torres (Cañada/UNMH) will be taking the bump for the Legends in Game 1. Please stay tuned for in-game Twitter updates, post-game analysis and more.
