Today in the 34th round of the 2012 MLB Draft, former Legends pitcher Richard McCaffrey was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds.

McCaffrey played for the Legends for the past two years and was a key part to the team’s previous success. In his two years with the Legends, he had an overall record of 6-1, totaled 85 strikeouts and had a 2.36 ERA. Congratulations Rich!
