The Legends come into the 2025 CCL All-Star Break at 13-18, improving from last year’s record and sit just a few games back of first place. Menlo Park looks to make a big playoff push in the final eight games of the 2025 season. The Legends will travel to Santa Barbara for a weekend trip against the Foresters, before taking on the San Luis Obispo Blues.

Head Coach Sanzeri has done great things in his first season at the helm, as the Legends have improved tremendously this season, amidst a crazy summer of injuries, adversity, and so much more. The fight and the grit have shown in the recent weeks, and the boys in green and gold could make one great playoff push in the final weeks of the season.

As for the 2025 CCL All-Star Break, five Legends have been named to this year’s CCL North All-Star Team:

Diego Menjivar (RHP), Bradley University

The right-handed hurler has been lights out on the mound for Menlo Park, going 2-0 in 15.2 innings with a 2.30 ERA. Menjivar has provided a lot of leverage in the pitching staff and has even come in late for the Legends’ bullpen.

James Bose (SS), Santa Clara

James has had an outstanding summer for the Legends, batting .356 with 2 home runs and 17 RBI. Bose leads the CCL in hits at 37 and has been huge for the Legends this summer, providing a quality bat to go along with his plus defense all over the infield for Menlo Park.

Quincy Via (OF), Marymount University

Quincy comes into the batting .267 with 11 RBI and has been amazing on the basepaths, leading the CCL with 32 stolen bases. He has been very great with his glove, too, manning center field, and continues to be a vacuum in the outfield.

Will Anderson (1B), Santa Clara

Coming off a tremendous season at Ohlone College, the Legends slugger has been great at first base and comes into the All-Star break with 9 RBIs and 16 walks. Will continues to build off his summer and looks to help the Legends make a late playoff push before heading to Santa Clara next fall.

Austin Robago (INF), Hendrix College

Austin has swung it well of late with 10 hits in his last 7 games. He heads into the All-Star Week hitting .286 with 2 home runs and 17 RBI. He has been a huge part of the late playoff push for the Legends, as he has also added great defense and leadership in the infield.
